The adventure of Sailing and Snorkeling can work up a mighty appetite. Occasionally, in the islands you can’t always get the supplies you desire and have to substitute, but the following is our menu 95% of the time.

1/2 Day Sail

Fresh Salsa:
Diced tomatoes, diced green chilis, diced onion, diced green or red bell pepper, diced cilantro, chili powder, cumin powder, diced garlic, ripe mango [ in season ] 
Our Own Bloody Mary Mix:
V8, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, brown mustard, Louisiana Hot Sauce, topped with fresh ground Black Pepper and Celery Salt
Fresh Guacamole:
Avocado, diced tomato, mayonnaise, chili powder, cumin powder, Louisiana hot sauce
Tortilla Chips

 Blue Corn Organic Tortilla Chips [ the best ]

Full Day Sail

 

After the Second Snorkel:   

Fresh salsa, fresh guacamole and tortilla chips as above

 

 

 

 

 

 

After the First Snorkel:

Full Lunch Consisting of

Bruschetta:
Fresh bakery bread, olive oil, garlic powder, diced fresh basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato and balsamic vinegar
Salad:
With feta cheese and lemon, olive oil and fresh mint dressing or our own balsamic dressing with olives and grated romano cheese [ some days we substitute our fabulous Italian Salad ]
Main Entree:
Your choice of grilled chicken or thick pork chop [the favorite], all fresh and grilled right on the boat
